Signeasy allows you to add an email address to the CC field while initiating a signature request. The cc'd email only receives the signed document and is not required to sign it.

You could add multiple email addresses in the CC section by clicking on add recipient. These email addresses will receive a copy of the signed document once the document is finalized.

The added emails will receive two email notifications

  • After the initiation of the signature request.

  • After the signature request has been finalized, inclusive of the signed copy and the audit trail.
