Sometimes you find yourself in a situation where you do not want to sign a document that has been sent to you. It might be because you do not agree with the information in the document or because there is incorrect information. Whatever be the reason, SignEasy gives you the ability to decline the signature request. Here is how you do it:-
Declining a signature request
- Open the signature request email that you would have received to sign the document. Click on Review and Sign.
- You will be able to view the document. You may then decline the document by clicking on the "Decline" button.
- You would be required to mention the reason for declining the document to notify the sender about the same.
- Once you have provided the reason, simply click Decline.
