Here's how you can cancel your subscription from the web application settings.
Note: The cancellation steps provided below apply exclusively to our Essential and Pro plan users.
- Login to your Signeasy account using https://app.signeasy.com
- Click on your Initials at the top right and then Accounts & Settings
- Click Billing on the left side panel and click on Cancel Subscription
- Select a reason for cancellation and click on Cancel Subscription
- You will receive a confirmation message that your subscription has been cancelled. Your account will continue on the same plan until the final day of the paid period
