Change Billing Cycle
For Team and Business subscriptions, we provide the option to change the billing cycle. If you have purchased a yearly subscription, it can be switched to monthly and vice-versa.
Monthly to Yearly
- Navigate to the Profile settings by clicking your Initials and Account and settings at the top right.
2. Click on Billing from the left side panel.
3. Click on Switch to Yearly under Plan Details.
4. The yearly subscription will begin once the monthly subscription expires. The full amount will be charged as soon as the yearly subscription begins.
Yearly to Monthly
1. Navigate to the Profile settings by clicking your Initials and Account and settings at the top right.
2. Click on Billing from the left side panel.
3. Click on Switch to Monthly under Plan Details.
4. The monthly subscription will begin once the yearly subscription expires. The full amount will be charged as soon as the monthly subscription begins.
Interested in changing your plan?
To transition to a lower plan, there’s no need to cancel your current subscription and then buy the new plan separately. You can effortlessly make this adjustment directly within the application. Simply schedule a downgrade to the desired plan, and at the conclusion of the current billing cycle, your subscription will automatically switch to the new plan.
- Navigate to the Profile settings by clicking your Initials and Account and settings at the top right.
- Click on Billing from the left side panel and click on Change Plan.
- On the following page, choose the plan to which you would like to downgrade.
- On the following page, you will see the billing details. After which, click on the “Schedule Downgrade" to change plan. The new plan will activate at the end of the current billing cycle.
NOTE: Downgrading from Business Plus/Business/Team to Essential plan is not supported at the moment. We will be supporting it in the upcoming releases.
