To manage your account settings, click your initials in the top right corner and select Account settings from the drop-down menu. Here you can manage your personal details & change your email address and password.
How Do I Change My Email Address?
- Click on Change Email next to your email address, and type the target email address in the pop-up window.
- To confirm your identity, you will receive a verification code at your source/registered email address.
- Post successfull verification, you will receive a notification to the new email address.
- Click on the Transfer Account button on the notification email, and it transfers your Signeasy account to the new email address.
How Do I Change My Password from the Profile Settings?
- Click on Change Password in the Profile settings.
- Type in your old password for confirmation, then type the new password and click Change.
How Do I Reset My Password?
- To reset a forgotten password, request a reset link https://app.signeasy.com/forgot-password, and you’ll receive a link to reset your password. The reset link is valid for 24 hours.
How Do I Change My Name and Company Information?
- From the Profile Settings, you can change your name and company details.
