Account Management from the Signeasy Web App

To manage your account settings, click your initials in the top right corner and select Account settings from the drop-down menu. Here you can manage your personal details & change your email address and password. 

How Do I Change My Email Address?

  • Click on Change Email next to your email addressand type the target email address in the pop-up window.

  • To confirm your identity, you will receive a verification code at your source/registered email address. 

  • Post successfull verification, you will receive a notification to the new email address.
  • Click on the Transfer Account button on the notification email, and it transfers your Signeasy account to the new email address.

How Do I Change My Password from the Profile Settings?

  • Click on Change Password in the Profile settings.
  • Type in your old password for confirmation, then type the new password and click Change.

How Do I Reset My Password?

How Do I Change My Name and Company Information?

  • From the Profile Settings, you can change your name and company details.
