Reactivating Subscription by the Team Admin

Here's how the Team Admin can reactivate the subscription.


  • Login to your SignEasy account using https://app.signeasy.com.
  • Make sure you have logged in as Admin by seeing the tag "Admin" below your initials at the top right.
  • Click on Reactivate Subscription above your initials, and you will see the below prompt.


  • A confirmation message will be displayed once the subscription is reactivated.



  • This can also be done from the Team Settings by clicking on the Team option in the left panel.



  • Click on the Team Settings right next to your Plan Name.


  • Click on Reactivate Subscription to enable Auto-Renewal of your subscription.


  • On the Prompt, click Reactivate Subscription to proceed further.


  • A confirmation message will be displayed once the subscription is reactivated.
