Learning about your Signeasy Plan

At Signeasy, we offer different plan options that include features intended to reach a variety of users.


Our Essential plan includes unlimited self-sign documents as well as the option to remotely sign with our Request Signature feature, which is limited to 5 requests per month. 


Our Team Plan includes everything on the Essential plan, plus: the use of up to 5 templates per account (considering template sharing), and a newly added feature of adding up to 5 seats to the team account unlimited signature requests, in-person signing on mobile devices, sending reminders about pending documents and sending multiple documents simultaneously.


Our Business Plan includes everything on the Pro plan, plus: the use of unlimited templates, support fo advanced fields, managing usage, account, and billing via admin dashboard, your own branding for a customized signing experience, 2FA, integrations, and a dedicated Customer Success Manager.

Please note that Signeasy is a subscription service, by default all of our plans auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle. By purchasing a subscription you agree to our terms and approve renewal unless specifically canceled prior to your renewal date.


How can I cancel my subscription?


  • Click the profile icon in the upper right corner of the Web app, then select My Account.
  • Under the Billing tab, select Cancel to cancel future auto-renewals

Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes things happen; maybe you changed jobs, no longer have the same needs, or just forgot that your renewal was coming up. Please note the following refund guidelines:

    

  • Purchases can be refunded up to 30 days after purchase.


Please note that we reserve the right to deny a refund or issue a pro-rated refund if the app has been used extensively during the purchase period, even if within the refund period.


Renewals are not entitled for any refunds and the subscription will not auto renew but rather expire upon completion of the term.

Any pro rated refunds will be entertained under exceptional circumstances which is solely under our discretion.
