How can I change my email address or password?
- Navigate to the Account Settings.
- Tap on your Profile Name.
- Tap Transfer Account to transfer your account to a new email address.
- Enter the new email address and the current account password and tap Save
- Tap the Reset Password option to receive an email to reset your account password.
- Alternatively, you can open the following link in the browser to reset the account password. https://app.signeasy.com/forgot-password
How can I change my Name or Company Name in the Signeasy app?
- Tap on the Account tab to view the Profile information
- Tap on the Name to view the Personal Details, and you can enter details such as your Name, Initials, and Company name
- You can also use the Custom Details section to add additional information such as phone number, address, title, etc.
How do I add a custom email footer?
You can add custom information to be included in the emails of your signed documents.
- Navigate to the Account tab
- Tap Advanced Features
- Select Custom Email Footer
- Select Customized Email Footer, and enter any information necessary (for example, Company Contact)
