Multiple unsuccessful login attempts

Previously, Signeasy allowed you to log in to your account with your Signeasy credentials as many times as you want until you are successful. However, this is a gateway for hackers or bots to exploit this by using scripts and force password attacks to gain access to your Signeasy Application. 

Therefore, to protect your account information, we have limited the number of failed login attempts per user to 5 within 30 minutes. This is to be compliant with our SOC2 security policy.

  • After 3 failed attempts you will be prompted to reset your password

  • After 5 failed attempts you won't be able to log in to your account for another 15 minutes, We encourage our users to use the Forgot Password mechanism to log in to their accounts.
