Signeasy’s most important consideration is the privacy and security of our customer’s information and data. Compliance is a prevalent business concern, partly because of an ever-increasing number of regulations that require companies to be vigilant about maintaining a full understanding of their regulatory compliance requirements. This section explains how Signeasy meets international security standards, abiding by both industry regulations and government legislation.

Signeasy is in a state of being in accordance with the following compliances:

  • Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN) in the US,

  • Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA)

  • European Directive (EC/1999/93)

  • eIDAS (EU)

  • EU Regulation No. 910/2014

  • PCI-DSS,

  • IRS

  • CFR 11 (2 Factor Authentication - coming soon)

  • General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Union.
