Add and remove users

As an Owner or Admin for Signeasy account, you can invite users to the organization with specific role permissions. See Permissions to learn more about organization roles.


Invite a user to the organization

  • Under " Account & Settings", click Manage Team and you will land in the Manage Team console.
  • Click Invite Users. The “Invite New Users” modal appears.

  • Enter the email address of the user and select their Organization Role.
  • Upon role selection, the permissions will be presented that needs to be defined for a user at an individual capacity.
  • You can invite one user at a time.
If there aren't paid seat available, reach-out to Owner to add seats before inviting users.


  • Click 'Send Invitation' to complete the process.
  • Once completed, you can track the user from Manage Team console.


Remove a user to the organization

Who can use this feature: Only users with Owner or Admin roles can remove users that are part of a team set-up. Keep in mind that your role in Signeasy will determine the types of user that you're able to Remove.


You can remove users from an organization. You can only remove users with role permission below your own which means an Owner can remove both Admin and Member and Admin can remove only Member.

  • Under " Account & Settings", click Manage Team and you will land in the Manage Team console.
  • For a user who has accepted the invitation, click on the 3 dots next to edit.
  • Click on 'Remove' and go through the mentioned terms. Click 'Confirm'.
  • The users would be removed an the licence count would be reduced by 1.


A user may be a member of multiple organisation. Deleting a user from one organisation does not affect their access to other organization.
