Completed documents email attachments: 10MB Limit

Modified on Mon, 22 May 2023 at 06:02 PM

  1. Why am I no longer receiving attachments of my completed document and audit trails in my emails?

    1. We have limited the maximum size of email attachments for all transactional emails to 10MB. Emails with larger attachments can cause issues with email deliverability, longer processing times, and increase the chances of being marked as spam.

    2. For documents that are larger than 10MB, we will include a secure link to download them. Your completed documents and audit trails will still be available to you via a secure link, and the delivery of your emails will remain reliable and secure.

    3. This change aims to provide a better experience for all of our customers, ensuring secure, faster and more reliable email delivery.

If you wish to receive all your completed documents over a link, request this feature here

Note: Please add notifications@signeasy.com to your contact list to ensure uninterrupted communication.

  1. If my completed documents and audit trail exceed the 10MB limit, how can I download them?

    1. A file size limit is the maximum size of a file that can be attached to an email.

    2. If the completed documents and the audit trail for your transactions exceed the maximum size limit i.e. 10MB, you can download them by clicking on the link sent to your inbox.

By limiting the size of email attachments to 10MB, we can prevent issues with email delivery caused by large attachments that email servers can't process. This will result in faster delivery and a better experience for our customers. Additionally, this change will reduce the risk of security threats associated with large attachments, ensuring the safety and integrity of your email communications.
