How do I download all my documents?

You can download all your documents through the steps below:

• Navigate to your Signeasy account on the web app.

• Click on "Completed".

• Select all documents, or just a few, using the checkboxes.

• Click the download icon and wait for the confirmation message.

• Once you click on the download button, you will get a pop as below.

• You will receive an email with a link to download the documents.

• Click on the Download button.

• A zip file containing your selected documents will start downloading in a new tab. 

Note: 
Only Completed and Original documents can be downloaded, and the maximum number of documents that can be downloaded at once is 500.
Pending documents and Drafts cannot be downloaded. 
The link to download the documents stays valid for 7 days only.
