In the Web app, you can search, rename or delete your documents easily.
How can I search my document list?
To search the document list, just click the search bar at the top of your document list and type in all or part of the document title. You can search by complete title or partial title of a document (if you don't remember the whole thing), sender email, or signer email.
How can I rename a document?
Once you have multiple documents, or copies of a document you might want to use unique names to identify signers, companies, etc.
If you import a document with the same name as an existing document in your SignEasy account, we'll automatically prompt you to rename the document.
- From your document list, select the option next to the document as shown below.
NOTE: Documents in the Pending or Draft status cannot be renamed.
How do I delete a document from the list?
In order to delete a document from the list, you can use a few different methods:
- Click the Delete option from the drop-down menu on the document list.
- Select the document you want to remove, then click the Trash option.
