Deleting your account from the iOS app (Free and Individual customers)

Please follow the next steps to delete your Signeasy account from the iOS app.

NOTE: The steps below only apply to customers having a free account (Basic) and individual subscriptions (such as Essential, Pro, Standard, Plus).

1. Navigate to the Account tab

2. Tap your Profile Name, scroll down to the bottom, and tap on Delete My Account

3. Select a reason and tap Next

4. Tap Permanently Delete My Account on the next screen

5. Tap Confirm

6. The deletion request will be processed in the backend, and your Signeasy account, including all the associated data, will be deleted in a few hours

1. You will not be able to login to Signeasy using the same email address requested for deletion. However, you can sign-up using the same email address after the account has been deleted.
2. Any pending documents to be signed will be declined.
3. Any pending documents you initiate for signers will be voided.
4. Any active template links will become inactive.
5. If you have purchased the subscription from Apple/App Store, the subscription must be cancelled manually by following the steps in this article.
