Deleting your account from the iOS app (Team and Business customers)

To delete your account from an iOS app, please follow the next steps:


Note: The steps shown here only apply to customers on Team and Business subscriptions.


1. Navigate to the Account tab


2. Tap your Profile Name, scroll down to the bottom, and tap on Delete My Account

3. Select a reason and tap Next

4. Tap on  Permanently Delete My Account on the next screen

5. Tap Confirm


6. After confirming, the email app on your iPhone will open automatically with the pre-filled required information (such as the subject, To-email address, email body, account information, etc.). Please send the email, and we will be in touch with you on the next steps.


NOTE: 
1. You can login to your Signeasy account after initiating the deletion request and perform all the activities.
2. The account deletion can be requested only once.
