App Store Refunds
Canceling your subscription will not refund the purchase price; it will only turn off the auto-renewal for your subscription. If you'd like to request a refund, you can contact Apple at https://getsupport.apple.com. Follow the prompts for Purchases/Subscriptions and you'll be able to contact Apple through chat or phone to request a refund.
Note:
- Apple manages refunds and cancellations for App Store subscriptions. We will help as much as possible, but Apple does not give app developers access to payment info or refund options.
- Refunds are entirely at Apple's discretion. As per the terms and conditions for iTunes purchases, all purchases are final. They often make exceptions, but as a general rule, refunds are not guaranteed and we cannot intervene to guarantee it due to Apple terms.
