Reminders

The Reminders feature in Signeasy ICM helps organizations manage important contract milestones through automated email and in-app notifications. Configured at the organization level, these settings help establish consistent reminder practices for users managing contracts.

How to get there

Click the bell icon in the top-right corner, then select the Reminders tab in the panel that opens.

Document-Level Reminders

Users can now manage key-date reminders at the individual document level. Anyone with access to a contract can customize the reminders they personally receive without affecting other users.

  • Access reminders: Select the bell icon on a contract row in Repository → AI Insights to open the document’s Reminders panel.
  • View reminders by key date: Reminders are grouped by contract dates, including Renewals, Termination notice, and Expiry. Each group displays the source date, and each reminder shows its scheduled fire date and offset (e.g., 01 May 2028 · 30 days before Renewal date).
  • Mute reminders: Toggle individual reminders off to stop receiving them. This change applies only to you and does not affect other users, document owners, administrators, or space-level settings.
  • Add personal reminders: Select + Add reminder to create a reminder that only you receive. Personal reminders are labeled ONLY YOU and can be deleted by their creator.
  • Manage reminder schedules: Select Manage reminder schedules to open the organization-level schedule configuration that determines the default reminders shown for documents.

Note: Schedule-driven reminders can be muted for yourself but cannot be deleted from the document-level panel. Changes to your reminder preferences do not affect anyone else on the document.

Seeing "No reminders found"?

Nothing to worry about. It either means there are no upcoming deadlines in that workspace, or all your reminders have already been acknowledged. Try clearing the filter or switching workspaces to check.

A few handy controls

  • Mark All as Read — clears your unread count across all notification tabs at once
  • Show only unread — toggle this on if you only want to see what's new
  • Notifications are always sorted by most recent first
