The Saved Views section is where you can access and manage custom views created from AI Insights.
What Are Saved Views?
Saved Views are saved, filtered snapshots of your contract data. Instead of reapplying filters every time you need to look up specific information — such as contracts by renewal date or counterparty — you can save that filtered configuration as a Saved View and return to it anytime. The Saved Views can only apply to particular workspaces - Public, Personal or Shared workspaces but not 'All Workspaces'.
Saved Views are created in AI Insights by applying your desired filters and clicking Save View.
Filtering by Workspace
In the top right corner, you'll find a Filter by Workspaces dropdown that lets you control which Saved Views are displayed. You can select multiple Workspaces and click Apply to update the list. Click Clear to reset the filter.
Tips
Use Saved Views to monitor contracts with upcoming renewal dates, track specific counterparties, or keep tabs on any filtered contract segment that matters to your workflow.
If you manage multiple workspaces, save Views as Public to make them accessible to your team, or keep them Personal if they are only relevant to you.
Once a View is saved, it will appear here and update dynamically as your contract data changes.
