Organizational Settings

Organization Settings

Organization Settings is where admins manage everything at the team level — from branding and users to security and AI. Here's a walkthrough of each tab.

How to get there

Click your profile icon in the top-right corner → select Organization settings.

Organization Details

This is where your organization's basic information lives.

  • Name — Your organization's display name across the account

  • Logo — Upload a PNG logo that appears on documents and emails sent from your account

Users

See everyone on your team at a glance — your plan, active user count, and any pending invites are shown at the top.

To invite someone new — Click Invite User in the top-right corner and follow the prompts.

Screenshot 2026-07-15 at 8.23.25 PM.pngTo view or edit a user — Hover over their name and click Quick View. A side panel opens showing their account role and workspace access. From here you can click Edit to update their details or Delete to remove them from the account.

You can also filter the list by Role or Invite Status to find who you're looking for faster.

Workspaces

Your account comes with two default workspaces:

  • Personal — Private to each user. Only they can see contracts and transactions added here.

  • Public — Shared across the team. Everyone can access and collaborate on documents in this workspace.

Click Manage to control who has access and what they can do. Click Rename to give a workspace a custom name.

Security and Compliance

Authentication — Enable Single Sign-On (SSO) so your team can log in using your company credentials. To set this up, contact your account owner or click Contact owner directly from the page.

21 CFR Part 11 Compliance — For teams in regulated industries, enabling this applies stricter signing rules across the board:

  • Two-step verification is turned on for all signers

  • SMS sending is disabled

  • Bulk send is turned off

  • All signed documents are protected with Trust Seal

  • Signers must verify their identity and provide a reason before signing

To enable it, reach out to your account owner.

Signer Privacy — Toggle this on to hide signer details from emails and document views. When active, only the sender can see who the signers are.

Reminders

Set up automatic reminders so nothing slips through on important contract dates.

  • Renewals — Sends a reminder before a contract's renewal date. Default is 30 days before. Click Add reminder to stack multiple reminder dates.

  • Termination notice — Sends a reminder before the notice period kicks in. Also defaults to 30 days before.

  • Expiry — Sends a notification when a contract expires.

All reminders go out via email and in-app. Toggle each one on or off depending on what your team needs.

Signeasy AI

Signeasy AI is enabled by default and brings smart contract workflows to your team — think faster review, fewer errors, and AI-powered insights. Signeasy AI now has Custom Contract Types and Custom Key Terms.

If you'd like to turn it off, click Disable. To understand what's included, click Learn More to read the AI user guide.
