The G Suite Add-on can be used from within Gmail to sign attachments yourself or send them to be signed by others. You can also access your recent documents through the new Homepage experience on Gmail, Calendar and Drive.


Using the SignEasy G Suite Add-on

You can use the G Suite Add-on to:

  1. Access your recent documents through the Homepage experience on Gmail, Calendar and Drive. The Homepage allows you to:
    • View recently imported documents
    • Remind or void pending documents
    • Download completed documents
  2. Sign an attachment yourself within Gmail
  3. Request signature from others on attachments within Gmail


Additionally, you can download or attach the signed file to the existing thread directly within Gmail.


Creating an account / Logging in

  • To use the G Suite add-on, click on the SignEasy add-on from the sidebar to activate it.

  • Click on Login and use your Google account linked with SignEasy to login by clicking on "Continue with Google". If you don't have a SignEasy account, simply choose an account and a SignEasy account will automatically be created for you. In case you want to use a SignEasy account which is a non-Gmail account, you can log into your SignEasy account in a different tab by going to https://signeasy.com and come back to G Suite add-on.


  • After selecting your account, click "Accept" to link your SignEasy account with the G Suite add-on. 

The Homepage Experience

  • When you launch the G Suite Add-on within the Gmail calendar or Drive, you will see a summary of your account and the documents.

  • The right hand panel gives you details on which subscription plan you are currently on.

  • The right hand panel also lists the last 10 documents which have been imported. You may choose to self sign the document or send out a signature request.

  • The right hand panel also lists the last 10 pending documents for which you may send out a reminder to the signers.

  • You may also view the completed list(10 latest completed documents). You also have an option to download the completed documents.

 


Signing an attachment within Gmail

  • After logging in, the attachments (if any) in the currently open email will automatically be fetched by the Add-on. 


  • Click on "Sign Yourself", SignEasy will open in a new tab. Click on "Finish" when done. You will automatically be redirected to Gmail when done.


Sending an attachment for signature within Gmail

  • After logging in, the attachments (if any) in the currently open email will automatically be fetched by the Add-on. 


  • Click on "Request Signature", SignEasy will open in a new tab. Fill up the necessary information and send the signature request.
  • Once sent, you will be redirected into Gmail automatically.


  • After signing the document you have an option to:
    • Download the file
    • Attach & Reply: Attaches the file and initiates a reply on the same thread
    • Sign another document
    • Rate Us
