Modified on Wed, 7 Aug at 6:48 PM

A single dedicated area that allow Owner and Admin(s) to View, track, and monitor all the documents sent by your team.

This article walks you through the ins & outs of the feature ?

Who can Access: Admin & Owner of any team
Plans: Business & Business Plus plan only

Each organisation has one teamspace that's included for Admin & Owner by default.

Visibility to teammates' documents in Teamspace needs to be set for the Admin by the Owner.

The image below outlines the permission levels of the teamspace that needs to be enabled for Admin from the 'Manage Team' section.

Note: Depending on the permission settings, only the Owner can manage Teamspace for Admin for now.

Add & Remove Admins from Teamspace via permission

You can use Teamspace to view documents sent by your team, see the document status, download documents and filter sent documents.

At the top are the general permissions of the Teamspace(available o all Admin and Owner). You can filter all sent documents of your teammates using various available filters like sender, status, or duration.

There are three options defined by Permission:

  • Can View All sent Documents: If this permission is enabled, Admin can view the documents sent by users added to the account. If the Document Visibility for any person is set as 'Not visible', the users document will not be listed out in Teamspace,

  • Can view other admin's document: Multiple Admin can be added to a Team. With this permisision, you can control if every Admin can view each other's document.

  • Can download all sent documents by teammates: Owner can define if other users sent documents can be downloaded from Teamspace.

The Owner can disable the access to view documents in Teamspace by disabling the first permission.

Tip: Signeasy recommends having one Admin other than the Owner who should be added to Teamspace for better collaboration

Manage Teamspace without an Admin

It's possible that a eamspace does not have an Admin or Owner decides not to invite any Admin. In this case, Owner would have access to every users document whose 'Document Visbility is enabled.

Note: By default, the Owners sent document would never be listed on Teamspace. If you need access to Owner's document, reach-out to Signeasy support.

You can also use Teamspace to protect sensitive information by controlling which documents are visible to the admins and owner. This helps maintain the confidentiality of important information that should not be viewed by everyone in the team.
