Signeasy’s most important consideration is the privacy and security of our customers’ information and data. Our upcoming app update (v12.0.0) enhances security and offers a seamless login experience.


This app update will reach you after November 18, 2022. You will be required to log in to continue using Signeasy. If you don’t remember your password, you may reset it here.


With the new update, the Signeasy app will be functional on Android 5.0 Lollipop or later. However, if you are on an older operating system, you can still access Signeasy on the web app using the same credentials.


To reset the password from the app:

  1. Use the Signeasy Android app.
  2. Click on “Forgot password/Reset password” on the login page.
  3. You will receive an email with a “Reset Password” link to set a new password.
  4. You can log in back to Signeasy using your updated password.
