Signeasy’s most important consideration is our customers’ data privacy and security.  Our upcoming app update (v12.0.0) enhances security and offers a seamless login experience.


The update will reach you after November 18, 2022. You will be logged out of your account across all devices and must log in to continue using Signeasy. If you don’t remember your password, you may reset it here.


With the new update, the Signeasy app would be functional on iOS 14 or later. However, if you are on an older operating system, you can still access Signeasy on the web app using the same credentials.


Signeasy now supports social login via Google, Microsoft, and Apple. 


However, if you already have a Signeasy account, the Apple login option would create a new account. Your subscription and documents won’t be transferred to your new account. Hence, please log in using email or use other social login options.



Please ensure you sync all your drafts for offline access before updating to the latest version of the Signeasy app to avoid any data loss.


To reset the password on the Signeasy iOS app:

  • Use the Signeasy iOS app.
  • Click on “Have an account? Log In”.

  • Click on “Forgot password?” on the login page.

  • You will receive an email with a “Reset Password” link to set a new password.
  • You can log in back to Signeasy using your updated password.
