Availability
The integration will be available on Signeasy Business and Business Plus Plan. The three main touchpoints of HubSpot where the Signeasy add-on is enabled are Contacts, Companies, and Deals.

Scope
The Signeasy and HubSpot integration allows you to streamline your contract creation process by using the information you already have in your CRM directly in your Signeasy contract.
Signeasy does not store the client’s credentials and leverages the OAuth 2.0 approach for integrating with the client’s HubSpot account. While integrating, Signeasy navigates the user to the login page of HubSpot. The user has to log into the HubSpot CRM account and has to provide his consent.

Who can access this integration?
The integration can be installed by Signeasy admin or Admins of HubSpot.
The Signeasy for HubSpot Integration is available on Business and Business Plus Plan of Signeasy available at an additional cost of $20/user.

Sign In to HubSpot account and 'Authorize' Signeasy with a valid Signeasy account

Authorizing Signeasy for HubSpot
Use your 'Signeasy' login here. There are no extra 'Login' required to manage Signeasy. If you do not have a Signeasy account, you can use the ‘Sign-Up’ CTA to create an account.
Alternatively, we also support SSO with Google and Microsoft that can be used while Login or Sign-Up.
Verifying the Installation
The installation of the integration is completed at this stage. To verify if it is successfully set up, please follow the steps listed below:
- Open a HubSpot Deal, Contact or a Company
- You should be able to view the 'Signeasy' CRM card on the right side
- Click on the “Send for Signature” button
- Select a “Template” or upload a document
- Configure the fields required for signing
- Click on the next button
- Send the contract for a test review or eSigning.
Uninstalling the Add-On
If for any reason you need to uninstall ‘Signeasy’, then you can do so within your HubSpot integrations settings page.
You can find this page by opening HubSpot and navigating to Settings > Integrations > Connected Apps.
Uninstalling Signeasy will not affect your HubSpot data in any way. If you wish to reinstall ‘Signeasy’ then you can connect on the marketplace again (or follow the steps above).
Unfortunately, we do not get notified that you’ve uninstalled Signeasy, so if you have an active subscription with us then please let us know that you’ve have disconnected Signeasy from your HubSpot portal. You can email us at product@signeasy.com or support@signeasy.com and we’ll help you out.

What are the pre-requisites to installing the add-on?
In order for a smooth and hassle free setup we recommend you to complete the following prerequisites before starting the setup process:
Signeasy Admin Account credentials: The person installing the HubSpot app from the HubSpot Marketplace must be a system administrator in your org or should have access rights to install an app from the Marketplace.
The login email of the HubSpot user must be the same as the login email of Signeasy
If you do not have a valid Signeasy account, you can create one here
How to install the Signeasy add-on on HubSpot?
The Signeasy HubSpot integration can be installed in 2 ways:
Installing the Signeasy app in the HubSpot account via the HubSpot Marketplace. Follow the steps shown below:
Open HubSpot App Marketplace.
From the category section, browse to the Sales Enablement Category and Search for Signeasy
Install the Signeasy add-on
Installing the HubSpot integration on the Signeasy workspace:
Login to your account from app.signeasy.com
Go to Integration from the header bar
Open the Integration Workspace setting
Head into the ‘HubSpot’ integration card
Click on ‘Try Now’. You will be redirected to the authorisation page of HubSpot

- All templates that are created by the users from Signeasy’s Web app are available.
This also includes 'shared' templates as well as single and multi-role templates.
How to download a Completed File on the HubSpot add-on?
To access the option of downloading the Certificate along with the signed document or the signed document itself, you can find it under the Actions tab within the Signature Request card view:
Troubleshooting
HubSpot variables aren’t getting mapped to Signeasy Templates.
There are a few reasons this could happen.
The variable characters haven’t been matched exactly to the mapped variable. Go to Template Mapping>Select the Template>Map the variables
You’re using a variable from another HubSpot record type that isn’t maaped to the record from which you’re creating your contract. For example, Deal variables won't work when you have not mapped the variable to Contacts.
No value has been provided in the property mapped to your HubSpot variable.
Cookie Issues or Signeasy is not loading
This issue mostly happen due to cookies as Signeasy is a third party integration. The pages use cookies for a safer and more personal experience.
In Order to proceed, please ensure third-party 'pop-ups' are enabled and browser behaviour is set to ‘accept cookies’.
