You can install and set up the Signeasy for your chat-based Microsoft Teams workspace, get updates on your account, and sign/send documents right from within your MS Teams account.


You can install the Signeasy app to a Microsoft Team workspace or directly to a team or chat


Add Signeasy to Team Workspace

  • Navigate to Apps in the left panel. Enter Signeasy in the search line, 

  • Then select the Signeasy app from the list.

  • Click Add to install Signeasy for your Teams.

  • Once installed, you’ll see the Signeasy app icon in the left panel.


For quick access to the Signeasy app, you can pin it in the side-bar panel. To do so, right-click the Signeasy app icon and select Pin.


Add Signeasy to Team or Chat

  • Navigate to Apps in the left panel. Enter Signeasy in the search line, 

  • then select the Signeasy app from the list.

  • Click the arrow, then select Add to a team or Add to a chat from the dropdown.

  • You will be redirected to the log-in screen.

  • Click on save.


Uninstalling or Blocking the Signeasy from MS Teams 

Uninstall the Signeasy application from Microsoft Teams in a few clicks by following the steps below


To Uninstall Signeasy


  • Right-click the Signeasy app in the sidebar panel.
  • Select Uninstall.


If you havent pinned the Signeasy app in the side bar panel, go to the three dots menu and select Signeasy from the list.
