Once a document has been completed you can either download it to your computer or email it to the desired recipients.


How do I email my document?


  • Navigate to the completed section of the SignEasy dashboard.
  • Select(Check mark) the document you wish to email. 
  • Click the email icon at the top of the document

    



  • Enter the email addresses you're sending to, and a message if desired. You can send to multiple recipients by separating the addresses with a comma.


   



  • Choose the Send option to send the document.

Your recipients will receive an email with the completed document attached.


Can I email multiple documents?

 

Absolutely! To email multiple documents, just select your documents from the list in your dashboard.

 

 

  • Choose the email option from the top of the list.


  

 


 

  • Enter the recipient(s) email addresses and the optional message. Separate multiple addresses with commas.

 


  


Your recipient(s) will receive an email with all documents attached.



How do I download my document(s)?


  • Select the document you wish to download.

  • Select the download icon at the top.
The document will be downloaded to your computer to be accessed later.
