You can send documents for signature with any of our Signeasy subscription plans.
From your dashboard, click on Send for Signature or select Send for Signature on the specific document to be sent:
Option 1:
Option 2: From the current files.
Option 3: From the 'Upload' option.
Add the recipient’s name, email address, and an optional message.
Adding multiple recipients automatically enables setting a signing order by selecting the Set Signing Order box. To change the recipient order, drag the order icon up or down.
You can also request attachments from the signer by clicking on the vertical ellipsis and selecting Request Attachments.
You can request up to ten attachments from the signer that can be mandatory or optional:

Send copies of completed/signed documents by entering one, or multiple email adresses individually on each box field.
Proceed to clicking Next on the screen and you will be guided to the page to fill out the fields. Click the field on the left-hand side and drag it where you wish to place it.
Once all fields have been assigned, click on Send for Signature and finalise the document.
