Your document signers receive two email reminders to complete their pending signature requests on the 1st and 7th-day post-initiation.
How Do I enable/disable auto-reminder?
Click your initials in the top right corner.
Select Account & Settings from the drop-down menu.
Select Notifications on the left-hand navigation panel.
Scroll down, and here you can select the Automatic reminders option to enable or disable the reminder notifications.
