Cancelling the subscription from the web app

Cancel your Signeasy web app subscription while understanding the impact on billing and document access.

Here's how you can cancel your subscription from the web application settings.

Note: The cancellation steps provided below apply exclusively to our Essential and Pro plan users.

  • Login to your Signeasy account using https://app.signeasy.com

  • Click on your Initials at the top right and then Accounts & Settings

  • Click Billing on the left side panel and click on Cancel Subscription

  • Select a reason for cancellation and click on Cancel Subscription

  • You will receive a confirmation message that your subscription has been cancelled. Your account will continue on the same plan until the final day of the paid period
