You can now collect signatures in person directly from the Signeasy web app—no mobile device required. This feature allows you to hand over your laptop or tablet to a signer so they can complete the document on the spot.
In-person signing on the web app enables a signer to:
Review the document
Fill in required fields
Add their signature
Follow these steps to complete an in-person signing session:
Open your document
Log in to Signeasy and upload or select the document you want signed.
Prepare the document
Add the necessary fields, such as:
Signature fields
Initials
Date or text fields
Start the signing session
Initiate the signing process from the web app.
Hand over your device
Pass your laptop or tablet to the signer so they can complete the document.
Signer completes the document
The signer can:
Draw their signature using a mouse, trackpad, or touchscreen
Fill in any required fields
Finish and save
Once completed, the document is finalized and saved in your Signeasy account.
